To resurrect Pantech Sky IM-A820L:

  • Solder JTAG cable to Pantech Sky IM-A820L  JTAG pads;
  • Insert Pantech Sky IM-A820L into any USB port for power;
  • Make surePantech Sky IM-A820L is selected in the list of models;
  • Click Resurrect button;
  • Select areas to be repaired in the settings window;
  • Wait till software signals a successful operation completion;
  • De-solder JTAG wires;

Now phone can enter fastboot mode and flashed with original flasher.

Repairing bricked Samsung I747M is easy with the RIFF Box.The device is based on the Qualcomm MSM8960 chipset.
Note, one simple way to connect over JTAG – connect USB cable to PC and insert battery. In this case phone is automatically powered on.

To resurrect Samsung I747M:

  1.  Solder JTAG cable to Samsung I747M JTAG pads;
  2.  Connect USB cable to phone and PC;
  3.  Insert battery;
  4.  Make sure Samsung I747M is selected in the list of models;
  5.  Click Resurrect button;
  6.  Wait till software signals a successful operation completion;
  7.  Disconnect USB cable, de-solder JTAG wires;

Now phone is in bootable condition, that is, even if it does not start up normally, you can flash it using original Samsung downloader software to restore it to the working state.

To enter download mode:

  •  Disconnect PC cable;
  •  Insert battery;
  •  Hold ‘Volume Down’ key and press Power-On.

Make sure to set fixed TCK frequency. With RTCK mode selected, DCC Loader will not respond.
